นี่ไม่ใช่ integration แบบทั่วไป — เป็นการยอมรับว่า centralized IDE-only model ของ enterprise platform ใหญ่ ๆ ไม่ทันกับวิธี dev ทำงานในปี 2026

ปัญหาที่ ServiceNow ยอมรับโดยตรง: shadow development

สถาปัตยกรรม “Build anywhere, run on ServiceNow”

Build Agent core skill อยู่ใน ServiceNow SDK — developer ใน Cursor/Windsurf/Claude Code/Copilot เรียกใช้ skill เหล่านี้ได้ — agent จะดึง:

• ข้อมูล live instance (data model, configuration, policy)
• Workflow + catalog item + UI component ที่มีอยู่
• Custom Instructions ที่ทีมเขียนไว้เป็น org-specific pattern

ที่ Knowledge 2026 ServiceNow ระบุชัดว่า Build Agent ในตัว ServiceNow Studio ขับเคลื่อนด้วย Anthropic models — ใช้ longer context session ทำให้ทำ application build ทั้งตัวได้โดยไม่ขาด continuity

2. Self-healing test loop — Build Agent generate แล้ว validate ตัวเองตาม quality gate — pattern ที่เห็นใน Cursor/Claude Code (autonomous loop) ถูกใส่ลงใน enterprise context

3. Sandbox by default — developer ทุกคนได้ sandbox environment ทดสอบก่อน live — ไม่ใช่ option ต้อง enable แต่เป็น default

Once deploy ทุก app ได้ audit trail, security check, compliance, scalability automatic ในระดับ ServiceNow AI Platform

In-app AI agents และ AI Agent Studio ใหม่

อีก ส่วนที่ launch พร้อมกัน — reimagined AI Agent Studio — guided + conversational creation experience สำหรับ AI agent — เปิดให้คนนอก deep platform expertise สร้าง agent ได้
