- Gemini Drops — Google ทำ Gemini app เป็น OS-level layer (Mac shortcut, Notebooks, image personalization)
1. Compute layer — sandboxed, scale-to-zero, identity-aware
- AWS: Anthropic deal $25B + Trainium 3
- Microsoft: Foundry Hosted Agents @ $0.0994/vCPU-hour
- Google: Vertex AI Agent Engine + TPU v7
2. Orchestration layer — multi-agent + subagent
- Anthropic Claude Code subagents (ปลายปี 2025)
- Microsoft Agent Framework v1.0 + Foundry Agent Service GA
- Google Gemini CLI subagents (รอบนี้)
- LangChain LangGraph + AWS Bedrock multi-agent
3. Tool ecosystem
- MCP (Model Context Protocol) — กลายเป็น de facto standard
- Toolboxes ใน Foundry, ADK ของ Google, custom tool ของ OpenAI
- Connector ทุก major SaaS พร้อมใช้
4. Identity + auth
- Managed identity (Azure AD, Workload Identity, IAM Roles Anywhere)
- OAuth, OIDC, RBAC integration
1. Capability — agent
Stanford AI Index
- HLE (Humanity’s Last Exam): best score >50% —
- task ที่ tightly defined (classification, transcription, code completion)
- judgment under uncertainty
- knowing when to stop
- avoiding hallucination ใน citation/reference
- model identity hide ได้ผ่าน fine-tuning + private deployment
3. Liability + accountability —
- agent ทำผิด — ใคร liable? developer, deployer, model provider, user?
Air Canada
Awkward middle phase:
Pattern A: “Scoped agent in monitored context”
- ทุก enterprise deploy agent — แต่ใน scope เล็ก: customer service Tier 1, internal IT helpdesk, code review assistant
- มี human-in-the-loop ทุก critical decision
- ROI วัดได้ชัด (cost saving)
Pattern B: “Shadow agent” ที่ไม่ disclose
Pattern C: “Agent demos that don’t ship”
- VC funding agent startup — มาก
- Demo
40-50% (Gartner 2026)
สำหรับ developer และ enterprise ไทย/SEA
ถ้าคุณเป็น developer:
- เริ่มเขียน agent ที่ portable across vendor (markdown subagent, MCP tool definition, OpenAI-compatible API)
ถ้าคุณเป็น regulator/policy maker:
- แต่ scientific discovery + creative work + judgment ในสถานการณ์ใหม่ → ยังไม่มี measurement
- บริษัท (industry self-regulation) มี conflict of interest
3. ตลาดไทย/SEA จะ converge กับ EU/US standard หรือ leapfrog?
ระหว่างนี้ — build, but build with humility.

และ Google Cloud Spend Caps (29 ก.
